1. The service
Surona is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of social media usernames. We facilitate introductions and escrow-protected transfers; we are not the owner of listed handles unless stated otherwise.
2. Escrow & payments
All transactions must be completed through our escrow process. Payments are held securely and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms full access to the transferred account. Payments sent outside escrow are not protected.
3. Listing accuracy
Sellers must accurately represent ownership and status of listed handles. Listings are reviewed before publication, but buyers should verify account details during the transfer process before confirming release of funds.
4. Platform rules
Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the relevant social media platform. Surona is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, Snapchat, or any other platform.
5. Prohibited conduct
Stolen, hacked, or fraudulently obtained handles are strictly prohibited. Any party attempting fraud will be banned and reported. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
6. Liability
Surona facilitates transactions in good faith but is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspension or reclamation of accounts after transfer.
